OK so i meet with the Ms.Fitness trainer tomorrow & feeling a bit apprehensive — partly because I only have 10 weeks to get ready for the Nov5 competition.
I have a pretty good idea what they’ll prescribe re diet & I can’t help to be a little concerned. Am I going to be able to live with such dietary restrictions? i LOVE my food — yup carbs and all! Can I lose enough body fat in a healthy fashion in just 10 weeks?
On the other hand I’m excited to increase the intensity of my training. & I’ve already lost 1% body fat training on my own.
Either way, I put the stake in the ground… so the journey will begin!
