Ms.Figure – Chapter 6: Oct 7

I’m currently at 117.5 lbs and have lost 2.7% body fat since I started training mid-August. I can’t remember being at a weight this low — even during high school. But it’s still not looking good to meet the Nov 5 deadline — no surprise.  & Hubby is not liking the fact that I’m losing my “stuff” : )

I feel good — most of the time.  Mind you if it’s feeding time, don’t get between me and my food.  Had a “carb” melt down earlier this week, got home from errands and cheated with a Starbucks coffee, a homemade muffin, 1/2 a banana and 2 TBSP of peanut butter.  Can you say UMMMMMMMMMM…..  it was delicious.  Dont tell Coach!
