In June, I had the pleasure of hosting three fat-loss sessions for some wonderful gals. One of the participants suggested that the group work on a list of healthy substitutions for our typical, not-so-healthy snacks. We started with a list of favorite junk food and then developed a healthier replacement.
It’s crucial for you to replace your less than healthy choice with a healthier alternative. For example, if you don’t replace your afternoon sweet, you may start feeling deprived & even give up on all effort to change & I truly don’t want that for you. You should recognize and celebrate every success & I hope this list will help you.
