One of the best exercise to shape your derrière is the hip bridge. It’s an awesome move because it works your entire posterior chain (back of the legs, lower back and buttocks), it requires no equipment, and can be progressed easily.
Start by lying on the floor with your legs bent, feet are flat on the floor. Place your arms at your side with palms facing the ceiling. Lift your butt up until there’s a straight line from your shoulders to your knees (you should not be able to see your knees). Brace the abs and squeeze the glutes. Release the tension, allowing the hips too fall to the floor (very briefly) and lit your butt again. That’s 1 rep, repeat for 15 reps, 2-3 times.
When that gets easy, place your arms on the floor inline with the shoulders. In a few weeks, you can place your arms directly over the shoulder with finger tips pointing to the ceiling for added core work. Awesome! When that’s too easy, put your feet on a stability ball.
Strengthen the entire core, especially the lower back, get sexy legs and a perky butt! Look good, feel great!
