A buncha different Smoothie Recipes

Base is always same:

  • 1/2-3/4 c of liquid (water, milk or almond milk)
  • 1/2 c ice
  • 1 scoop protein
  • healthy fat:  1 tbsp of natural nut butter or 10-12 raw nuts

Veggie Smoothie:

  • 1-2 c spinach
  • kale (optional)
  • 1/2 banana (optional)

Fruit smoothie:

  • 1/2 c – 3/4 c berries; or for a more tropical flavor
  • 1/c -3/4 cup (combined) mango, pineapple, banana

Desert Smoothie:

  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp sweetener (optional)
  •  1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • I’ll add lots of ice and make it thick like ice-cream
