One of the biggest challenges for my clients is figuring out what to have for a healthy snack. If you’re running out snack ideas, you’ve come to the right place! This e-book is a collection of my favorite protein-packed snack ideas.

Increasing your protein intake will boost your metabolism and add lean muscle, both of which help you lose fat.  More protein will provide satiety until your next meal so you don’t feel deprived and hungry, plus more protein during the day will curb those sugar craving you get later in the evening.

Most of the snacks in this book contain both a protein and a healthy fat. Others are partial snacks, like the spicy walnuts. You’ll need to add a protein to complete this meal, maybe some greek yogurt or cottage cheese.
